Our Specially trained and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will visit after your discharge from the hospital to provide continued services consistent with a treatment plan established by an RN, and approved  by the Physician such as:

Nursing Assessment of your health condition, Provide treatments and Special care which includes but are not limited to wound care, respiratory  treatment, diabetic management, colostomy care, Foley care, injections, medication administration, and many other Nursing procedures to make your recovery at home a positive experience.Teachings and instructions are provided on your medications and treatments, Ongoing assessments and reports to the Physician and the client.
