Home Care Nurses – RNs & LPNs (Vent & Trach)
Golden Health Services has openings and is seeking to hire reliable homecare nurses (RNs & LPNs) with G-tube, Trach and Vent experiences, to provide Private Duty Nursing (one on one care) to our clients in the Philadelphia area. Golden Health Services is committed to providing quality home health care services to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Experiences in G-tube feeding, tracheostomy and ventilator care required. Full-time, Part-time, Per-diem, All Shifts, and flexible work hours, day and weekend work hours are available.
Availability: Full time/ Part time/Per-diem
Responsibilities includes the following:
- Trach & Vent experience
- Patient Assessments
- Administration of prescribed medications, treatments and care in accordance with agency policies
- Coordination of care
- Health promotion: Training and education of caregiver/family
- Communication to patient/family, and other health professionals
- Supervision of Aides visits by the RNs
- Emergency management
Qualifications :
- Current and valid Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
- Trach & Vent care experiences required
- Minimum 1year experience in nursing
- Experiences in home health care preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United State
